About my ethics and working with me

If you are considering working with me, I would be honoured to be chosen as a trusted advisor to you and I will always take my responsibilities to you very seriously. Please do take your time to read through this page, as if you purchase any of my services you are agreeing that you have read these conditions about my ethics and how I will conduct myself during our working partnership, and you agree to my terms. This means that you will adhere to my requests to you, just as I will adhere to my promises to you, which you can read in full below.

My promises to you

​

When working with a client, I will give my full attention and focus to that client. I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference. Everyone is welcome here.

If providing a Tarot card reading, I work with physical cards and will provide a pdf version of the reading for the client to keep.

​

I will never share the contents of any readings or communications between myself and my clients unless expressly permitted by the individual client or required by a court of law.

​

I do not use pre-generated scripts or pre-written meanings. Every reading and coaching session I provide is completely tailored and unique to the individual.

​

My services are best tailored to clients who are looking to grow, develop and empower themselves through self-reflection, coaching and tools such as Tarot. I will give honest advice without judgement, and it is entirely up to the client to decide how best to act.

I will not give legal, medical, financial or psychological advice.  I work best when helping clients to consider different perspectives and their options in moving forward. All of my readings and coaching materials are designed to be empowering to you the client, to help you decide where you are now and how you want to progress. I will never push you to take out further services or try to frighten you into doing so. All of my services are designed to be uplifting and empowering – I want to help and serve you, not frighten you!

My services are designed to support and empower you, they are not a replacement for the support and guidance of professionals such as lawyers, financial advisors, healthcare or medical professionals. If I think that you will be better served by accessing support from, for example, a medical doctor, I reserve the right to refuse service and to suggest an alternative professional who may be better suited to support you.

Similarly, I reserve the right to refuse service to any client that I do not think I can help. Should this happen after you have already made a payment, which is incredibly rare, your payment will be refunded to you in full.

I am committed to protecting your details and will never share your personal data with anyone else. You can also read my privacy policy in full here.

I will never lie to you or hide information from you as a client. I will always try to share information, suggestions and advice in the most compassionate manner that I can, and I am committed to helping my clients without any personal judgement or criticism from me. I am here to help with impartial support and advice, not to judge you and your decisions.

What I expect from you

​

By purchasing one of my services, you agree that you are over 18 years old and have read through my ethics and are happy with them.

​

You agree that if you request a reading and I suggest that we re-word the question you are asking to give what I think will be the most helpful outcome for you, you understand that I will only do this if I think we can get you a better and more useful result if we change either the wording or focus of your question.
For example, instead of asking ‘Does X love me’ (which is a very yes or no question and usually these kinds of questions don’t tend to get the best outcomes) we might re-word the question slightly to ‘How can I improve the relationship between X and myself’ or ‘What can I do/focus on to help me understand X’s feelings and our relationship better?’. These are just examples and it would depend on what you most want to get from your reading as to how we would re-word the question – if I think that we need to change your question I will always discuss this with you and ensure you are happy with the question before I proceed with your reading.

You are entitled to, and will receive, my full attention, honesty and compassion as a reader and coach. 

 

You always retain your free will to make your own choices. No matter what your reading may suggest or what advice I may give, you always have full control over your decisions. I am here to support you.

You are also entitled to full confidentiality which I will always respect. I will never share our communications, unless you give your express permission for me to share any of our conversations or your readings with others, or if required by a court of law.

Your reading or coaching package is a complete service in itself. I will never force you to pay for further services or try to frighten you into doing so.

 

Being chosen to provide a Tarot card reading or coaching package to you is a privilege which I will always try my best to honour, and I do encourage you to contact me if you are not sure about anything included on this page or if you have any questions.
