The King of Swords represents mental clarity and strength - upright he's rational, intelligent and uses his critical thinking skills to make decisions. Reversed, he indicates that we are leaving an energy of uncertainty around our options and the decisions we must take. We may have been feeling confused about our options or lacking the information we need to move forward. Sometimes he can represent a controlling or manipulative man in your life, but in this position it is more likely he is showing us that we will soon be leaving the recent energies of lacking clarity behind.
10 of Pentacles What we can expect from the coming month
What a wonderful card to see in our monthly forecast this month! The 10 of Pentacles, as with all the 10's in the Tarot, represent the end of a cycle, completion. This is one of the most positive cards in the Tarot deck, and it promises that everything we have been working hard towards will come together for us eventually. That may be in the form of new career opportunities, improved relationships with our loved ones and a happy home life, and more stability and success overall. Now is a time for us to count our blessings and have gratitude for all that we are fortunate enough to enjoy.
9 of Pentacles How we can make the most of the next few weeks
Another Pentacle showing up in our 3-card reading for the month indicates that this is a good time for us to take some time to step back and take stock of all we have achieved, and acquired, thus far. Pentacles are the suit of the physical, material, and abundance in all it's forms. The 9 here is reminding us to appreciate all that we have, and to enjoy the knowing that we have everything we need to provide for ourselves. We do not need to rely on others for security, as represented by the woman depicted in the 9 of Pentacles, who is usually shown enjoying her affluent surroundings all alone. She reminds us that it's important to stop and smell the roses once in a while, appreciate all we have, and have faith that we are more than capable of taking care of ourselves independently. Take some time for self-love and appreciation, is the message of the 9 of Pentacles, if you want to make the most of the coming weeks.
